The Cinnamomum Verum tree is native to Asia, it has persistent leaves and is cultivated in the plantations of small producers in the states of Veracruz and Puebla. We use the inner bark, extracted from the trunk and the main branches that offer their aromas.

This process is in no way subjected to refining, centrifugation, purification or other industrial processes for sugar. The powder is free of additives, which gives it an original and nutritious flavor.
